Public Information - School Requirements

Routine vaccinations are a means of keeping children safe and free from disease.  Vaccines prevent serious illnesses and disease and protect those from unvaccinated people.  Years ago many children suffered from the polio disease, however, today vaccines prevent children from polio and other diseases. Vaccinations are one of the best ways to prevent serious effects of certain diseases.

Today the State of Wisconsin has many school requirements in regards to vaccinations. Routine vaccinations are necessary for keeping children healthy! For information regarding Student Immunization Law Age/Grade Requirements for the 2009-2010 school years click here.
